Jerome Urbanosky - President
Jerome graduated from Texas A&M in 1975 and he will always be a loyal Aggie. For 28 years Jerome was involved in the retail, wholesale distribution and manufacturing of livestock and pet foods. He served as Texas Division President of American Superior Feeds, Inc. until 2000.
In his spare time he breeds Santa Gertrudis cattle and the Urbanosky Ranch is world renowned for being one of the top breeders of Santa Gertrudis. Jerome was the President of Santa Gertrudis Breeders International for the 2019/2020 term and is a recognized beef cattle livestock judge.

Adam Haneline - Vice PresidentFounded in 2001, AmeriTech Staffing has grown into a trusted partner in staffing and workforce solutions, built on strong relationships, dedication, and decades of industry experience.After many years of commitment and leadership, Adam Haneline, Co-Founder and Account Manager of AmeriTech Staffing, has announced his retirement. Adam’s last day with AmeriTech Staffing will be June 26, 2026. Adam played a key role in building AmeriTech Staffing from the ground up and has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success since its founding. Growing up near Hobby Airport, Adam developed a strong work ethic early in life and gained diverse experience in the skilled trades before entering the talent recruiting industry. His knowledge, integrity, and dedication to clients and employees have left a lasting impact on the organization.Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors and is an avid hunter, with collecting trophy white-tailed deer mounts being one of his favorite hobbies.We extend our deepest gratitude to Adam for his years of service, leadership, friendship, and contributions to AmeriTech Staffing. He leaves behind a strong legacy that has helped shape the company we are today.
Following Adam’s departure on June 26, Mike Bass will assume the role of Vice President of AmeriTech Staffing.Mike brings valuable leadership experience, a strong commitment to excellence, and a dedication to supporting both our clients and employees. Patrick Zimmerman - Sr. Client Development ManagerPatrick has extensive experience recruiting across the Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemical, Manufacturing, Production, IT, and Financial industries. He has successfully staffed both Direct Hire and Contract positions ranging from entry-level professionals to executive leadership roles.
With a strong background supporting companies across multiple sectors of the energy industry, Patrick has worked with Operating, EPC, and Manufacturing companies both domestically and internationally. He has also built and managed recruitment teams throughout South America and the United States.
