Jerome Urbanosky - President
Jerome graduated from Texas A&M in 1975 and he will always be a loyal Aggie. For 28 years Jerome was involved in the retail, wholesale distribution and manufacturing of livestock and pet foods. He served as Texas Division President of American Superior Feeds, Inc. until 2000.
In his spare time he breeds Santa Gertrudis cattle and the Urbanosky Ranch is world renowned for being one of the top breeders of Santa Gertrudis. Jerome was the President of Santa Gertrudis Breeders International for the 2019/2020 term and is a recognized beef cattle livestock judge.

Adam Haneline - Vice President
Adam is a co-founder of AmeriTech Staffing and is also an Account Manager.
Adam grew up near Hobby Airport and had a diverse career in the crafts-skills and trades before entering the talent recruiting industry.
Collecting trophy white tail deer mounts is one of his favorite things to do. -
Stacey Lee Roberts - Vice President, Personnel & Marketing
Stacey joined AmeriTech Staffing in 2014 as an Account Manager and quickly became a valuable key employee in AmeriTech’s daily operations. Stacey’s passion for the staffing industry and her dedication to her co-worker’s success has helped AmeriTech continue to be a leader among Houston staffing firms. She will now be overseeing hiring & training of AmeriTech’s recruiting team and all marketing for the 20-year-old staffing firm.
She is able to thoroughly understand the staffing needs of each of her clients which enables her to direct the recruiters in the search for qualified candidates. “Being able to find qualified candidates that not only have the required skill set but also the right characteristics and career goals is only accomplished by completely understanding the company you are staffing for; their business, their values, their hiring guidelines and their corporate culture.”
Stacey was born and raised in the Northwest but has been in Houston nearly 20 years. She considers herself a Houston “Inner Looper” but spends most of her week days in the industrial parts of Houston and surrounding cities visiting her client companies.
